PHOTO: Pastor Caught With Married Woman After Her Husband's Death

A pastor and a married woman said to be his lover have been arrested by police in Edo in connection with the murder of the woman’s husband, Victor Nsongbunyo, who is a Deputy Manager with the NNPC.

He was said to have been killed in Benin, capital of Edo State, by his wife and her lover, the Pastor, due to the fact that he had begun to suspect her of infidelity.

Late Mr Victor Nsongbuyo was said to have begun questioning the paternity of the children his wife has for him and the one she was expecting. Below are the shocking revelations...

Mr Victor visited their home town to complain to his family and his in-laws. Consequently, the families resolved that a DNA test would be conducted after the wife gave birth to the child. This arrangement, according to sources, incensed the wife, prompting her into plotting to murder her husband with her lover, who is a Pastor.

According to police sources, Victor returned from work on Friday October 22, 2013, his suspected killers came and killed him, and put the mutilated body into one of his old cars. The car was driven to Sapele road, Benin, where it was set ablaze with his body.

The following Monday, October 25, the woman was said to have gone to her late husband’s office to report that he was missing. She was also said to have reported the incident of the husband’s death to the police. Thereafter, she went to her husband’s bank where she allegedly withdrew N4million from his account.

It was gathered that following information to a staff of the NNPC that a burnt car was sighted somewhere along Sapele Road, they rushed to the scene and found it was the late Mr. Victor Nsongbunyo’s car.

The NNPC staff rushed to his wife at their home to inform her of the finding, but surprisingly, found her sitting comfortably at home watching African Magic, a situation which prompted police suspicion of the woman.

The police were said to have launched a search for the car given to Victor by NNPC following his promotion, and the car was reportedly traced to a compound at Ekenwan road in Benin.

The police detectives were said to have accosted a lady in the compound where the car was packed and she in fear opened up. She told the police that the car was packed by a Pastor who lives in the compound.

Further investigation by the police led them to observe burns in the Pastor’s left hand and face. The pastor had reportedly told the police that one of his daughters in the church sowed a seed with the car.

He was said to have led the police to the residence of the said "daughter" who sowed seed with the car, but it turned out that it was the residence of the deceased and it was the deceased’s wife.

The police then arrested the pastor and the deceased’s wife, both of whom are now helping the police in their investigation into the murder of Mr. Victor Nsongbunyo.

The police in Edo State say they are shocked by the ugly development.

Radar Online Slams Mariah Carey For Performing In Nigeria | Calls Our Nation 'The World's Center Of Bank Fraud & Human Trafficking'

Ye! My fellow Nigerians we have suffered oh! A United States gossip site Radar Online yesterday scolded Mariah Carey in an article posted on their site, saying she shouldn't have accepted to do a gig in a country known for 'terror, death and fraud'.
Mariah Carey proudly posted a pic of herself in a slinky yellow dress and wrote, “Backstage in Nigeria” on Saturday. But maybe the songbird should have done some homework before agreeing to the gig?
Her show was at Access Bank’s Christmas Party which was also a farewell bash for the bank’s managing director. And while Access Bank is a reputable financial institution, should Carey have known a few basics about the African nation before taking the paycheck?
Ironically — given that she was performing for bankers — it seems Carey wasn’t aware Nigeria is well-known as the center of the world’s email financial crimes! Nigeria is even part of the name — as in “Nigerian 411 Scams.”
Nigeria is also, according to the United Nations, the hub of human trafficking as “a source, destination and transit country. AND, just for good measure, there are mass killings going on in two Nigerian states right now, and according to Human Rights Watch, the violence is being ignored by federal authorities.
“Systemic corruption in the Nigeria Police Force” is the problem, a HRW spokesperson told CNN.
Carey isn’t the first performer who has taken a paycheck for appearing in countries known for terror, death and fraud. In 2011, Beyoncé sang for Moammar Gadhafi’s sons and Jennifer Lopez performed in Turkmenistan.

See Mariah Carey's photos from the concert below ...

Mother Of 4 Kills Husband Over N100 In Ilorin

Tragedy struck, yesterday, at Oloje area of Ilorin when a housewife simply identified as Mariam allegedly struck her bricklayer husband to death with a stick following altercations between them over N100.

We reliably gathered that the woman, a mother of four all late, had recently returned into her matrimonial home after she parted ways with her husband following irreconcilable differences.

The incident which occurred yesterday, had since thrown the community into mourning as sympathisers thronged the deceased’s compound.

An eye-witness told said that their relationship went sour again yesterday morning, leading to a hot argument between them over N100 which the woman was said to have demanded from the husband.

The deceased, the source added, was said to have told the wife that he had no money which did not go down well with the wife thereby degenerating into a hot argument between them.

During the process, the wife was said to have picked a stick and hit the husband on his head and he fainted.

He was immediately rushed to a nearby private hospital where he was pronounced dead.

As the news of the man’s death filtered in,the woman on realising the gravity of the incident was said to have locked herself up in a room and inflicted wounds on her body using a razor blade.

To avert another tragedy, residents of the area, according to sources, forced the door open and dragged the culprit out unclad before the police were invited to effect her arrest.

When reporters visited the decease ‘s family compound, family members and resident of the area maintained sealed leaps.

Three men gang rape 15 year old girl in Lagos

Three men have allegedly gang-raped a 15-
year old girl at the Ikorodu area of Lagos,
as the police are alleged to be threatening
the victim’s parents to settle the matter
out of court.
The state government had earlier blamed
the police for frustrating rape cases by
threatening victims and their families to
withdraw their cases. Two of the men have
been arraigned at one of the newly
established Family Courts in Ikeja for
allegedly raping the girl.
The suspects are being tried by the Lagos
State Office of the Public Defender, OPD,
while the third suspect is still at large. It
was learnt that the victim was lured to No
23, Fola Mustapha Street, in Ajegunle
area of Ikorodu by her classmate (name
withheld), a 16-year old girl, on the
pretext that she wanted to return a text
book which she had earlier borrowed
from the victim.
The victim was deceived by her friend who
had already arranged with the three
suspected rapists to have sex with her
forcefully. The three suspects; Yusuf
Mohammed, Rasheed Oyedepo and Tunde
were alleged to have inflicted bodily
injury on the girl (name withheld).
It was gathered that the raped girl’s friend
deliberately delayed her classmate for
hours and enabled the heinous crime by
putting on the generator set, on the
pretext that she needed to charge her
phone.
According to the OPD , the victim wanted
to take her leave in annoyance when it was
getting too late for the her to return
home, but her friend told her to wait for a
while before taking her to a new room
where she was raped in turns by the gang.
While taking turns to rape the girl, the
noise from the generator and the music
they were playing prevented the people
outside from hearing the screaming and
wailing of the girl. On getting home in a
bad condition, the girl’s mother took her
to a private clinic for medical attention.
She was taken to Ikorodu General
Hospital for proper medical treatment,
where it was discovered that her womb
had been tampered with at the private
clinic.
The victim was in a critical condition as
she was admitted in the hospital for three
days while undergoing blood transfusion.
A new twist has, however, been added to
the story as the police has transferred the
suspects, whose cases are already in court,
to the State Criminal Investigation
Department, SCID, Panti for investigation,
an act the OPD described as unlawful.
It was gathered that the police had gone to
the girl’s family threatening the mother
for taking the case to OPD, after which
they transferred the suspects to SCID,
Panti. It would be recalled that the
government has established a clinic where
DNA tests will be conducted on rape
victims and suspected rapists to enhance
prosecution of the cases.

Pastor takes 12yr old girl to a hotel, rapes her all night-PHOTO

A 12-year-old girl, Miss Ijeoma Mbiaka, on
Wednesday narrated to DailyPost how the
pastor of her church, Rhema Ministries in
Oyeagu Abagana in Njikoka Local Government
Area of Anambra State, Rev Sampson Otisi
allegedly lured her to a hotel, under the
guise of conducting deliverance on her but
ended up raping her all through the night.
Ijeoma, who is hard at hearing, told our
reporter that she had gone to the church
to seek prayers from the pastor so that
she could hear loudly again.
She, however, said she was lured to the
hotel and raped from 9 pm to the next
morning and dumped in the hotel room,
where she cried until hotel attendants
rescued her.Speaking at the Magistrate
Court Abagana after a court session, Ijeoma
said she prayed all night reminding the
pastor of the consequence of his act, but
his pleas fell on deaf ears.
The victim came to the court aided as a
result of the injuries she sustained during
the alleged act.According to her,
“It started on a Tuesday when I went to
the church for prayers. I have not been
hearing clearly with my ears for
sometime, so I went to the pastor for
prayers and when I told him my problem,
he said I should stay behind that he will
pray for me after everyone has
gone”.”After the session that day, he
called me to the backyard and started
praying for me. He poured anointing oil
into my ear and mouth. He now ordered
me to remove my dress and he poured
some on my tummy and started
massaging it. After sometime, he
started putting his hand inside (Vagina),
to which I objected. He said he will leave
me if I do not want him to pray for me”.
Ijeoma narrated that as usual the pastor
had asked her to stay behind, that he will
conduct a special prayer for her and her
hearing will be okay again.
“After the service, only he and his
friend were left, he said he will take me
to the house and pray for me, but when
I objected and told him that my father
will kill me, he said I should not mind that
nothing will happen to me.
“He took me to a hotel, ran upstairs and
came back and ordered me and his
friend to come with him. He took us up
and put his friend in another room and
took me to a separate room. He
ordered food for me and hot drink, to
which I objected. He said the drink was
part of the deliverance that I had to
drink it. He forced it down my throat
and when I started to feel sleepy he
undressed me and inserted his
‘something’ into me; then he started
pushing it in and pushing out.
“Even when blood was gushing out of
me, he continued to push the ‘thing’
inside. I tried shouting but he covered
my mouth, when I could not help myself,
I started praying and telling him of the
implication of what he was doing to me
before God but he kept on”.
She said she was only freed the next
morning when she regained consciousness
and started banging the door of the hotel
room asking for assistance.
Though Ijeoma said she complained to her
mum when she got back after the first
incident, her mum, Mrs Ifeoma who also
spoke to DailyPost said she confronted the
pastor the next day and he denied putting
his hand under the girls pant, claiming he
was only praying for her; a defense which
led the gullible woman to accept that the
pastor meant well.
She stated that the truth, however, dawned
on her on the following Tuesday when her
daughter went to the same church and
failed to return home.
“I thought she had been kidnapped, in fact I
believe this is also kidnap”, she told our
reporter.
A copy of medical report issued to her by
the Chief Medical Officer of Enugu Ukwu
General Hospital, Dr J.O Akuka which her
parents showed to our reporter revealed
that she sustained bruises, and a torn
hymen.
This showed that there was a penetration in
her vagina.Ijeoma’s mother pleaded with the
relevant authorities to help her find justice
for her innocent daughter who was violated
by a man she trusted to be a Man of God, as
the matter is currently before a Magistrate
court in Abagana.
He told our reporter that the pastor had
allegedly offered him N500, 000 to keep
sealed lips, an offer he rejected, but
expressed fears that the pastor may use
the money to subvert justice.
The pastor, Rev Otisi, who is the senior
pastor of a branch of Rhema Church in
Abagana refused to make comments when
he was approached. His counsel, Barr CC Achi,
however, said that the matter was only
being engineered by unseen hands from
behind as his client occupied a land that is in
dispute.
“The issue here is land dispute, but
these people are being used by
someone who is in tussle over a piece of
land with our client. On a separate
allegation of being previously charged
with the rape of 8-year-old in his
church, the lawyer said it was not true,
adding that it was meant to paint his
client in bad light.

Photos: The Most EXPENSIVE Nigerian Wedding So Far This Year

Gozy-Ekeh-Tolu-Ijogun-White-Wedding-BellaNaija-Weddings-February-2013-BellaNaija071-400x600
On Saturday 2nd February 2013, an esteemed guestlist of family and friends gathered at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Victoria Island and then Eko Hotel to celebrate the wedding of Gozy Ekeh and Tolu Ijogun. We have to say that Gozy & Tolu’s wedding was absolutely magnificent!
The bride Gozy was a couture princess in her exquisite all-lace wedding dress custom-made by Phillipa Lepley. With crystals encrusted all through the dress, it glistened in the sunlight streaming through the glass windows of the church as Gozy walked down the aisle to meet her groom Tolu who looked handsome in his bespoke blue suit paired with a gold bow-tie.  Following the nuptial ceremony at church, as soon as guests arrived at the reception, they walked through a decadent entrance tunnel towards the Expo Centre of Eko Hotel.
In keeping with the wedding colours, a royal purple carpet was laid out while heart-warming gold-framed pictures of the couple from pre and post engagement eras adorned the walls. It was instantly clear that this wedding would be all about personal touches, after all, love is in the details!
Everyone was greeted at the reception area with refreshing cocktails and a saxophonist playing sweet melodies. On entrance into the hall, the decor proved to be nothing short of spectacular! Guests had entered into Gozy and Tolu’s gorgeous Modern Italian Garden. Gold satin and purple table cloths and runners spread across tables including napkins with the couple’s ‘GT’ wedding logo, the showpiece garden was simply unique complete with exotic  flowers, plants, Roman inspired statues and the couple’s all-white multi-tier cake.
While their bridesmaids and groomsmen paved the way as they danced in anticipation of the couple’s arrival, Gozy and Tolu emerged from the glass staircases on opposite sides of the hall, as they descended, waved and danced to their specially housed Gazebo across the hall, they were all smiles and certainly weren’t shy of showing off their dancing skills.  After a scrumptious meal, guests were treated to a truly touching video documentary entitled ‘A Lifelong Journey’. The video included loved ones relaying their feelings about Tolu and Gozy, individually and as a unit, giving loving anecdotes and offering well wishes. The documentary outro presented a mini making-of-the-wedding video, which was a true testimony to all the hard work that was put into this momentous day.
Music performances by Tiwa Savage, Naeto C and Iyanya added even more flavour to the festivities as everyone got up and grooved along! Irrespective of the wedding being over 1000 people strong, what stood out most was the intimate feel and a true sense of love and unification was in the air as the university sweethearts entered the next chapter in their lives.
BN wishes Gozy and Tolu a very blessed and joyful life together as one.
