A gurl denying A gUY
This is a very common habit among unmarried couples these days.
Whenever you ask them of their relationship status, they are ever quick
to tell you they are single or not in a relationship, even when they
have one or more lovers. I dont know why some people do this, especially
girls. cos its more common with ladies (infact they do it alot).
They are never in a relationship whenever they are meeting a new guy.
Each time you approach a girl either at the club or at an event, she's
quick to let you know that she's not dating. thereby giving you an
indirect signal to try your luck with her. when her real boyfriend is
somewhere claiming to have a girlfriend when the girl in question is
busy going about and telling whosoever cares to know that she's not in a
relationship. Most guys also do this. especially the womanizing ones,
who cant take their eyes off ladies. their status on facebook or twitter
is ever single or not in a relationship. when they actually have one or
two girlfriends. and they do this, to deceive and win over girls
easily. and whenever they are caught, they are quick to tell you that
the other girl is his distant or first cousin. Cousin indeed!
And this habit is also common with those in long distant relationship.
you are here and he is there kind of relationship. Both of you are bound
to cheat on each other and also lie about your relationship status. cos
you are both far away from each other and wont know what the other
person is up to, where he or she is based. Just like the case of one
girl, who was living with a guy on campus as live-in-lovers. But
whenever the girl goes to see her family in the village, she's always
telling them that she doesn't have a boyfriend or suitor. Can you
imagine? so what is she doing with the guy she's being living with as a
lover? Abi na try and error she dey do with the guy. This habit of
denying one's partner is also common with some married couples.
Especially married men. Their wedding ring is ever in their pockets and
never on their fingers. they go about chasing young/single ladies,
claiming to be single and willing to mingle. when they are already
married with four or five kids.
And you can never see such men posting/uploading their wives, wedding
or family pictures on facebook. they hide them and put single as their
relationship status on facebook. And their wives dont know what their
hubbies do online. they dont know that their hubbies have already
'divorce' them on facebook. so that they can be able to date/flirt with
enough girls online. And we also have some married women who do the same
thing. Some of them dont wear their wedding band once they out of the
house or whenever they are meeting other men. It gives them the freedom
to behave like a 'single' lady again. But sha, it's not common with
married women. Cos, being married is a thing of pride in this part of
the world. And most of our married ladies wear their wedding ring with
pride. But truth be told, it's not a good thing for someone to deny his
or her girlfriend/boyfriend, no matter what.
Even if things aren't going well in the relationship or marriage. So
far you're still in that relationship or marriage, you're still dating
or married until when you eventually break up with your partner. Some
ladies atimes put up alot of excuses for denying their boyfriends.
excuses such as the guy is not committed or serious with the
relationship, they dont know where the relationship is headed, her
partner/boyfriend is cheating on her or doesn't show his love for her at
all. these are mere excuses that doesn't justify your actions. if you
are not happy in your relationship and there seem to be no solution to
the issues affecting the relationship, you're free to walk out of it,
rather than be deceiving yourself by pretending not to be in a
relationship when you're...And like what a lady said the other day on
facebook. about girls claiming on facebook to be in a relationship ,when
most guys are claiming to be single on facebook. So, who are these
